Reaction Speed Game is an online gaming platform that offers reaction-based games including Survival Mode, Green Light Mode, and Click Speed Mode. The Service includes competitive matchmaking, leaderboards, battle pass progression, and cosmetic customization.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, cheating, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Virtual Currency

The Service offers virtual currency ("Gems") for purchase. Gems can be used to purchase in-game items, cosmetics, and battle pass upgrades. Gems have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all charges to your payment method
• Prices are subject to change without notice

5.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Virtual currency that has been spent cannot be refunded.

5.4 Battle Pass

Premium Battle Pass access is valid for the current season only. If you do not complete the battle pass before the season ends, unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. Battle pass purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Reaction Speed Game and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

7. Competitive Play and Rankings

Our competitive system operates under the following rules:

• ELO Ratings: Ratings are calculated based on match performance and opponent strength
• Fair Play: Cheating, win-trading, or rating manipulation will result in account suspension
• Leaderboards: We reserve the right to remove players from leaderboards for suspicious activity
• Matchmaking: We do not guarantee specific opponents or match quality
• Disconnections: Abandoning matches may result in rating penalties

8. User-Generated Content

By creating content within the Service (usernames, avatars, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10.3 No Liability for User Actions

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of users. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACTION SPEED GAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reaction Speed Game and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your user-generated content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be pursued through appropriate legal channels in England and Wales.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Any unused virtual currency will be forfeited
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We reserve the right to retain certain information as required by law

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reaction Speed Game regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
